Already over 30 years, Schurgers Design is a company which
specializes in limited series of glass-fiber reinforced
products, from one-offs to series reaching up to 500 pieces. The
Company focuses on high quality special products, prototypes and
concepts. All stages of the manufacturing process - from concept
design, prototype model, production mold, to end product - are
carried out in-house. Most products are made of reinforced
glass-fiber polyester/epoxy resin or carbon fiber. The
production processes are ‘hand lay up’, ‘spray technique’ and
‘vacuum injection molding’. |
